Please take notice that there will be a public hearing at the Athens Village Planning Board meeting on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 @ 6:00pm in the Village Clerk’s office, 2 First Street, Athens, NY.  The purpose of the hearing is to allow public comments regarding a building permit application for a tavern @ 21 Second St, Athens, NY 12015.
