Yard Sale Day List: 2025

Hello Neighbors,

The Communications Committee created a sign up form so that we could distribute a list of homes participating in Athens Yard Sale Day (tomorrow: Saturday, 8/23*).

Thank you to all who contributed! This list is likely not inclusive of everyone who’s planning on selling this year, but it’ll get you started for sure.

• 102 N. Washington St. – household items, tools and kitchen items. 
• 50 Second St. – name brand items gently used.
• 106 Second St. – mixture of stuff.
• 47 Third St. – items are free for the taking  (any donations to the Athens Food Pantry are appreciated).
• 69 N. Franklin St. – crafts, books, kitchen items, Keurig Coffee maker. 
• 93 N. Franklin St. – mix of everything including $5 paparazzi jewelry and kids jewelry for $1
• 29 N. Warren St. – pottery ,oak tables, yarn. Athens crockery, watches assorted. 
• 7 N. Montgomery St. – dishes, platters, bowls, utensils, lamps, other household goods.
• 12 S. Montgomery St. – Play Station 3 with games and mixture of stuff.
• 18 N. Church St. (reformed church) – fabric, geriatric medical devices, various additional items.
• 12 Market St.
• 3 Maple Ln. – free stuff!!
• 10 Chatham St. – sewing items, yarn, fabric, books, luggage, clothes.
• 17 N. Vernon St.
• 20 N. Vernon St. – coffee table, blankets, kids bicycle, stroller, baby crib, RC airplanes, radio flyer wagon, and much more. 
• 26 N. Vernon St. – lots of Fine Goods!!
• 35 N. Vernon St.
• 36 N. Vernon St. – clothes, shoes, household items, tools.
• 94 N. Vernon St. – a variety of items. Jewelry with vintage watches included.
