Please take notice that there will be a public hearing convened by the Athens Village Planning Board on Thursday, July 24, 2025 @ 5:00pm in the Village Clerk’s office, 2 First Street, Athens, NY. The purpose of the hearing is to allow public comments regarding a Special Use Permit application submitted by Home Sweet Home of Athens Realty to operate an adult care facility at 71 Second St, Athens.
Application can be reviewed at the village offices.
