A Public Hearing will be held on March 26th, 2025 at 6pm at the Village Clerk’s Office, 2 First St., Athens, NY for the purpose of hearing public comment on the tentative budget for the Village of Athens fiscal year June 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026. A copy of the tentative budget will be available to the public and may be picked up at the Village Clerk’s Office during regular business hours. The tentative budget is also available on this website’s Financial Information page. Salary for the Mayor is proposed at $12,000 annually and Trustees’ at $5250.00 annually.
